Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If it is over 30 days since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item you wish to return must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unopened and remain in its original packaging.
Please note that we only provide refunds for items with manufacturer flaws. Before returning any item, don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss the issue.
Please be aware that we do not cover postage costs for returns.
We do not offer refunds for the following items:
- Incorrectly sized items or for any other reasons, so please check measurements before placing your order and make your selections carefully.
- Certain products are exempt from returns, including all our eBooks.
In addition, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Pomeranian Headquarters requires a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once Pomeranian Headquarters receives and inspects your returned item, we will email you to notify you of its status. We will inform you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and we will provide you with a gift card for use in our store within a specified number of days.
Sale Items (if applicable):
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We will only replace items in the case of manufacturer defects.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit for its value. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
